Privacy Policy — Paduka Hospitality Private Limited
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This policy explains how Paduka Hospitality Private Limited (“PHPL”, “we”) and its brands — including Idlinama, TN Express, Savoia, and Establish Online — handle personal information across our websites and mobile applications. Different products collect different data, so this policy is organised by product. The section for each product describes everything that product does; nothing from other sections applies to it.
If a new PHPL app or feature launches, its data practices will be added here as a new section (or a linked product-specific policy) before or at launch. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
Contact for all privacy matters, including requests and grievances: hello@padukahospitality.com. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
1. Our websites (padukahospitality.com and brand websites)
What we collect. Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, phone, message), and basic aggregate analytics about how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate region, device type).
Why. To respond to inquiries, evaluate partnerships and vendor proposals, and improve the sites.
Sharing. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who host and operate our websites and communications, under obligations of confidentiality.
Retention. Only as long as needed for the purpose you contacted us for, or as required by law.
2. Idlinama app (and other PHPL consumer ordering apps)
What we collect.
- Account details: name, phone number, email
- Order information: items ordered, order history, delivery address, preferences you save
- Payment: payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our systems. We receive transaction confirmations and reference IDs.
- App diagnostics: crash reports and basic usage analytics to keep the app working well
Why. To take and deliver your orders, process payments, provide order support, remember your preferences, and — only if you opt in — send offers and updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time in the app or by contacting us.
Sharing. With delivery and logistics partners (name, phone, address — only what is needed to deliver your order), payment gateways (to process payment), and technology providers who host our systems. We do not sell your data.
Retention. Account and order data are retained while your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time; we will delete what law does not require us to keep.
3. PHPL HR app (internal — employees only)
This app is available only to PHPL employees and processes personal data in the context of employment.
What we collect. Identity and contact details, employment records (role, location, joining date), attendance and shift information, leave records, payroll-related information, and information you submit through the app (requests, acknowledgements, documents).
Why. Workforce administration — attendance, scheduling, leave, payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, tax), and internal communication. This processing is necessary for your employment relationship with PHPL.
Sharing. With payroll processors, statutory authorities where required by law, and IT providers who host the system. Never for marketing. Never sold.
Retention. For the duration of employment and thereafter as required by labour, tax, and statutory record-keeping law.
Your rights. Employees may access and request correction of their records through the HR team at any time.
4. Guest Voice app (anonymous guest feedback)
Guest Voice is designed to be anonymous.
What we collect. Only the feedback content you write and the outlet/brand you are commenting on. We do not require an account, name, phone number, or email. We do not attach device identifiers, advertising IDs, or precise location to your feedback.
Optional contact. If you choose to leave a phone number or email so we can follow up on your feedback, we use it only for that follow-up and then delete it. Leaving contact details is never required.
Sharing. Feedback is visible internally to PHPL management for service improvement. It is not sold or shared externally.
Retention. Feedback content is retained for service-improvement analysis. Optional contact details are deleted after the follow-up is complete.
5. DropTime — medicine reminder app
DropTime does not collect, transmit, store on servers, or share any personal data. All information you enter — medication names, schedules, and dose history — is stored only on your device. The app makes no network connections. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts.
Data leaves your device only if you explicitly use the Export feature, which creates a file that you control and share yourself. Deleting the app deletes all data.
6. General terms (all products)
Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls and encrypted transmission for products that connect to our systems.
Your rights. Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to hello@padukahospitality.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your grievance to the same address marked “Grievance”, and thereafter to the Data Protection Board of India as provided under law.
Children. Our products are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes. We will post updates to this policy on this page. Continued use of a product after an update constitutes acceptance for that product, except where law requires fresh consent.
